RAYNHAM MA
Borden Colony Gazebo
Borden Colony Common
Built - 1998

The Borden Colony Gazebo in Raynham, Massachusetts was built in 1998 on Borden Colony Common by a local contractor, Andy Gallagher. A group of activists for concerts on the common wanted the structure built so they lobbied for it through taxpayer funding. A variety of bands have annually played on its stage during the summer concert series and during Raynham Pride Day in September. Also a nationally known children's recording artist, Paul Schontz, performed his famous "Teddy Bear's Picnic" concert on the stage.
